Khoola Creator Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Khoola! We're excited to support you as a course creator. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to you (“Creator,” “you”) when you list or promote your course(s) on the Khoola platform (“Khoola,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating a creator account, you agree to the following:

Creator Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account info accurate and secure.
• You may not impersonate others or create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings.

Content Ownership & Licensing

• You own 100% of your content. Khoola does not claim ownership of your course materials.
• You grant Khoola a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and link to your content on our site and in our marketing.
• You can remove your course at any time, but we may continue showing it in previously published promotions.

Earnings, Commission & Payouts

• Khoola operates as a discovery and affiliate platform. We drive traffic to your external course platform.
• You agree to pay Khoola an agreed affiliate commission on tracked sales.
• You are responsible for your local taxes and reporting obligations.

Content Guidelines & Community Standards

By listing on Khoola, your content must:

• Be original or properly licensed
• Exclude hate speech, violence, misinformation, or illegal content
• Accurately represent what learners will receive
• Meet a minimum quality standard

We may reject or remove content that violates these guidelines.

Done-For-You Services (Phase 2)

• You retain ownership of all final deliverables unless stated otherwise.
• We may request to feature your project in our portfolio.
• Turnaround times and pricing will be defined in a separate SOW.

Refunds & Disputes

• You are responsible for your refund policies on external platforms.
• We will forward learner issues to your official support email.
• If hosted on Khoola in the future, our refund policies will apply separately.

Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You repeatedly violate content guidelines
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent activity
• You fail to pay affiliate commissions or fees

You can appeal termination decisions within 7 days.

Independent Creator Status

You are an independent business owner, not an employee or agent of Khoola. You are responsible for your own business, finances, taxes, and legal obligations.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We cannot guarantee visibility, traffic, or sales.
• We are not responsible for downtime or failures of third-party platforms.
• Khoola is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Khoola means you accept the changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union (EU). Any disputes will be resolved in EU courts.
